Telemetry is always on. Every machine stores its history, runs diagnostics to catch problems early, and shares the results through the app's analytics and push notices. On the boat's WiFi it streams live to our support dashboard around the clock; with no WiFi, tap the help beacon and your phone relays it — temperatures, flow, cycle history, fault context. No email chains, no "can you read me the blinking light."
Specifications
The 48V machine is spec-complete: a self-contained, variable-speed reverse cycle heat pump — it heats and cools — running straight off a 48V DC house bank with no inverter and no generator. The 120V platform publishes its figures closer to launch.

Ratings at 30 °C water, 27 °C DB / 19 °C WB air. All measurements are approximate. Power usage data are estimates and will vary due to many factors including environment, wire sizing, battery chemistry, refrigerant level, and charge level. Machines are pre-charged with R410A and are R32 compatible for future refrigerant transitions.
