  • Device identifiers (mobile device ID, app instance ID, IP address)

  • Usage data, interactions, and analytics (via GA4, Firebase, and similar tools)

  • Bluetooth connection information for interacting with SeaAir hardware

  • App performance data, crash logs, and diagnostic information

  • Local device data necessary to perform firmware updates

We do not collect precise GPS location, but the app may collect approximate location if enabled by you in the future.

1.3 Connected Hardware Data

When paired with SeaAir products, the app may collect:

  • Device status and operational data

  • Diagnostic data used to troubleshoot issues

  • Firmware version, update history, and system performance data

  • Data transmitted while using “Support Me” or remote assistance features

This information helps us provide support, improve reliability, and enhance product functionality.
