Product Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty (hereinafter the “Warranty”) applies to the SeaAir Smart 12/24/48 Volt DC Marine Climate Control System which includes the HVAC hardware and electronics, including the driver, controller, and touchscreen display (hereinafter referred to as the "Product"). This Warranty defines the terms and conditions under which the Product is covered.
Warranty Coverage
The Warranty covers the Product for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (hereinafter referred to as the “Warranty Period”). During this Warranty Period, the Product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Throughout this Warranty Period, any defective components will be repaired or replaced at our sole discretion. The Warranty of the Product is available only to the original purchaser (hereinafter the “Customer”). This Warranty is non-transferable. Valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, must support any claims made during the Warranty Period. The Warranty is valid only if the Product has been installed, operated, and maintained in a manner appropriate and customary for this Product and similar products in the market. Improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications irrevocably void the Warranty. For claims within the continental United States, the Warranty covers freight to return the Product to our service location and freight to return the Product after repair to the Customer. If it is determined that repair is needed for an uncovered circumstance, the Customer will be responsible for freight and repair costs. No action to enforce this Warranty shall be commenced later than ninety (90) days after the expiration of the Warranty Period. Claims must be submitted in writing using the contact information provided herein.
Exclusions from Warranty
This Warranty does not cover conditions unrelated to the material and workmanship of the Product. Such unrelated conditions include, but are not limited to, the following: damage not reported within ten (10) days of ownership; failure or damage resulting from storms, rain, water pooling, lightning, or any acts of God; faulty installation or installation that does not comply with the provided instructions or industry standards, along with any damage arising from such installation; damage or failure caused by the installation any non-manufacturer parts used as replacements (including batteries that damage electronics); normal maintenance and any damage resulting from the failure to provide such maintenance; filter cleaning, flushing, debris removal, or recharging; failure to follow the provided instructions for the use of the Product; any accidents, misuse, or alterations performed by anyone other than the warranty provider or its authorized representatives; cosmetic issues arising during installation; cosmetic issues that do not affect the performance of the machine; normal wear and tear; and any abuse of the Product.
Limitation of Liability
The Warranty provider shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Product, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of profits. This Warranty provides specific legal rights, which may vary based on jurisdiction.
