Request to Delete Your Personal Information

You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions allowed by law. When you submit a deletion request, we will permanently remove your personal information from our systems unless we are required or permitted to keep specific data for legal, security, fraud-prevention, warranty, or transaction-related purposes.

After you submit your request:

• We will verify your identity to protect your information from unauthorized deletion.

• Once verified, we will delete your personal information and notify you when the process is complete.

• If we are unable to delete certain information due to legal or operational requirements, we will let you know and explain why.

To begin the deletion process, please email info@seaair.com with the subject line "Delete my information" from the email address matching your account in our systems. If you request deletion of information from an email address other than the one you're requesting to be purged or if you are an authorized agent submitting a request on someone else’s behalf, we may require additional documentation.

We value your privacy and will process your request in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
